Jerry White's Biography
After 34 years as a professional educator, I reinvented myself as a realtor because I believe that the skills that I developed as a teacher would enhance my ability to guide both buyers and sellers through the sometimes daunting experience of buying or selling a home. I am confident that my buyers and sellers would agree because I have successfully helped my clients navigate through nearly $10,000,000 in residential homes throughout the last 4+ years since acquiring my real estate license. You can count on me to thoroughly prepare you for a relatively stress-free real estate transaction, answer all of your questions to the best of my ability and to treat you with dignity and respect. For the past 14 years I have lived on the South Side flats (South Shore Place) with my partner (now husband) of twenty-five years. Our two Chihuahuas, Lucita and Pepito, joined us in 2010, adding to the quality of our lives. Prior to 2002, we lived atop Mt. Washington's Duquesne Heights neighborhood. I pride myself in my knowledge of the South Side market but I am current with virtually all city neighborhoods. Because most of my tenure as an educator was with the North Hills School District, I am also quite familiar with the northern suburbs, particularly Ross township. If you are interested in buying or selling a home, I would appreciate the opportunity to work with you. You would definitely be a priority!
