Why draft a rookie when you can hire a cagey veteran to work for you?!
You wouldn't trust your favorite football team to make it to the Big Game with a rookie quarterback. You wouldn't want to have a doctor who hasn't performed many surgeries to practice on you. Nor would want an attorney who hasn't been in court very often to represent you in a big case. It should be the same when choosing a Realtor.
Instead of simply going with whoever responds to your click the fastest, you should choose an agent who is familiar with issues involving financing, inspections, estates, divorce, powers of attorney, short sale, foreclosure, commercial real estate, mineral rights, buying and selling investment property. You should choose someone who has experience in the market where you want to sell or buy.
That's where I come in. And if there is anything I can't help you with, I can be the source of the source you need.
