Jennifer Mance's Biography
While earning my marketing degree from Robert Morris, I worked a full time job. Being both a full time student and working full time taught me the importance of working hard and also the art of time management. How you spend your time is the difference between being successful and working hard and not succeeding in either area. My job is to make sure that I get everything done pertaining to your business so that you don't have to.
With over 10 years of marketing, sales and advertising experience, I believe marketing is the most important component of a successful real estate transaction. It has everything to do with not only how your market the property you are selling, but the promoting of yourself and the negotiating when purchasing a home.
Buying and selling your home is one of the single most stressful transactions you will make. My job is to use my experience and skills to make that as stress free and easy as possible. Between my time management skills and Northwoods leading technology, we take the back and forth and running around out of the equation. With electronic contracts and signatures, we no longer have to run here and there at all hours of the day and night. Instead you can spend that time with you family or working on the things that matter you and leave the running to me. I would be honored to be your realtor and take that job very seriously.
