grew up mostly in Clarion, PA and moved to the Pittsburgh area when I married.
We lived in Greentree and Dormont prior to moving to Hopewell over 20 years
ago. I graduated from Point Park University with a BS in Civil Engineering
Technology and from Penn State University with an Associate degree in
Architectural Engineering Technology. I have experience in natural gas
distribution, operations and contact center management. I drilled gas wells before it was fashionable
to do so. I also supervised the Land Department
at a public utility.
My husband of more than 38 years is an identical twin. I dated his twin brother prior to marrying the twin I picked. We have one son who lives in Pittsburgh with a Labradoodle and a Golden doodle. We have his original dog, a 14 year old Yorkiepoo who is obviously in charge.
I am committed to supporting the community and volunteer regularly at the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. I am the Site Manager at the Beaver Falls Produce to People distribution and the Volunteer Liaison at the Homewood Produce to People. I am also a Make-A-Wish volunteer and I grant wishes and greet families at the airport. I am a proud supporter of the Greater Pittsburgh Humane Society and spend hours wrapping gifts for donations around the holidays. My husband and I sponsor a table and volunteer at the CCBC Veterans’ Day Breakfast.
I am an avid reader and own every Stephen King and Dean Koontz book printed. I enjoy cooking, knitting easy square things and crocheting hats. I also enjoy listening to the music of Frances Cabrel because anything sung in French sounds great.
My work experience has made me very skilled at exceeding customer expectations and balancing multiple deadlines and priorities. My experience supervising a Land Department has made me familiar with deeds and conveyances. I have the ability to make the process of buying and selling as painless as possible and I promise I will work as a partner with all clients, delivering unmatched customer service and support.
