*Do their current listings have all eighteen pictures to view, taken with a wide angle camera, and do those pictures have meaningful descriptives, in the MLX realtor site? DO they show all allowed 25 photos in Realtor.com, the number 1 online site by buyers? Do they do more than the "minimums" by showing more pictures on allowable websites?
*Do they set up their buyers and sellers with personal web pages for viewing, tracking, and organizing properties?
*Have they earned the E-Pro designation given only to internet specialists?
*Do they offer their best with a Customer Service Certification guarantee and back it up with a survey for the public to see?
*Have they earned the Certified Negotiation Expert designation to ensure their clients are protected in contract negotiations?
If not, you aren't getting your money's worth.
