WEST MIDDLESEX BOROUGH
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough of West Middlesex has a total area of just under 1 square mile with a 2016 estimated population of 833 residents.
West Middlesex was actually one of the first places in the Shenango Valley to become a center of the iron business. West Middlesex is located along the I-376 corridor and I-80 which makes it an attractive area for businesses and families alike.
The West Middlesex Area School District is comprised of students from the borough and neighboring townships of Shenango and Lackawannock. The West Middlesex Little League field located off Rt. 18 is considered one of the best complexes for Little League Baseball in the State of Pennsylvania.
